We believe that mortgages shouldn’t be scary! We aim to ensure that you’re hand held through the process and feel comfortable enough to answer any number of questions you may have. Our advisors will get to know your individual circumstances, we’ll look at what your goals are and then advise you on the way to get there ensuring the right mortgage and protection arrangements are made for you. We’re here when you need us and are more than just 9-5. We want to be your long term, go to guys for mortgages and want to be with you from your first mortgage until you’re mortgage free. Ultimately we just really like helping people, it's why we do what we do… We like nothing more than receiving thankyou’s from the clients that we’ve helped, it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy and it’s good to know that we’ve made a difference.

Barry Clark
Founder & Chief Tea Boy
Barry has worked in property since leaving university in 2002 and in financial services for the last 14 years. Barry has a relaxed demeanour and feedback from clients say that he makes the mortgage and buying process easy and understandable. Outside of work, it’s all about Family, with three children he doesn’t get much spare time but when he does he likes to play with anything with an engine and has an interest in classic cars and motor racing. Past fundraising has included cycling, a parachute jump, a European road trip and running away from charging bulls in the Pamplona Bull Run.
Mike Nankivell
Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Mike has been a great addition to the team, he’s gaining tons of valuable experience and sorting all types of mortgages and protection. He’s always upbeat and takes the time to really explain all the questions a client may have. Outside of work Mike is keen on two main things – Football (Long term Spurs sufferer) and all things fast and BMW. Being a true petrolhead, he regularly attends shows, track days and car meets. Mike is passionate about charity and supports the Rooprai Spinal Trust. Mike has tried to kill Barry! 10 years ago he drove him off a cliff (Thelma & Louise style) in the Italian Alps near the Swiss border, it’s all OK though as he landed it in a tree – very skilled driving! No-one was hurt thankfully and someone in the Alps has a highly unusual Lexus tree house!
Samantha Davies
Senior Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Sam brings a whole 18 years of Mortgage Broker experience working mainly in estate agency environments so there isn't much shes doesn’t know, there aren't many types of clients or property that she hasn’t previously dealt with. From first-time buyers to facilitating the best remortgaging deal she has a keen eye for detail. Her other real passion is to help people protect their families, making sure that should the worse happen they’re adequately protected. With Sam being northern (even though she protests Birmingham is the Midlands – which is still north of Watford Gap which makes it the North) sometimes she uses a whole second language, who knew that a cob was a roll and an island was a roundabout? Away from work her little one is the absolute apple of her eye (whenever she’s not picking Nerf bullets out of them).
Parth Patel
Mortgage Adviser
Despite being the youngest member of the team Parth has a wealth of personal experience in BTL’s, HMO’s and commercial property and has his own sturdy portfolio of property. He understands Landlords and has deep technical knowledge of available products, schemes and solutions. Parth’s also great with first time buyers, home movers and remortgagers and works hard to find an answer for the most complex of case whilst keeping explanations understandable. Parth is always upbeat with brings joy to the office always wearing a cheeky smile that makes him look like he’s up to no good, plus he’s only one who understands Instagram and TikTok so we have to keep him around! Away from work he has a passion for family, friends and cars so fits in well with the rest of the car-mad guys in the office.
Sarah Horne
Mortgage Office Manager
Sarah is always smiling and upbeat which is surprising as she has to work with Barry! With her years of experience managing many brokers, she easily manages to keep the team organised. She is brilliant in assisting clients with getting their mortgages offered, negotiating underwriters, surveyors, solicitors right through to exchange and completion of their property promptly and efficiently. Outside of work, Sarah’s priority is her family. She is a proud mother to a couple of energetic kids who keep her very busy being Taxi to tons of different clubs! She’s a family Hide & Seek champion, the children usually find her hiding from them with a large glass of wine!
